Return & Refunds

We do not offer returns on the products however we issue replacements if there is a concern with the item. For replacements, pls write to us on the.rare.destiny@gmail.com or Whatsapp us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Also, sharing of unboxing videos & images is mandatory so that we can resolve the issue with our courier partners.

Cancellations

Orders once placed through this website cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed.

Bulk order cancellation

Orders placed for return gifts in bulk can be cancelled.

If the order is cancelled before 5 days of the delivery date, only 50% of the payment made will be refunded. 

If the order is cancelled within 5 days of the delivery date, only 20% of the payment made will be refunded.

If the order is cancelled in early stages, full refund will be provided.
